Appointments are available during regular office hours, 9 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments are also available during evening hours and on weekends should you not be able to meet during office hours. There is no cost to meet with an attorney and it’s never a problem to meet with you after hours.

What Will I Need To Bring To My Free DUI Consultation?

Please bring the following information to our office:

• Any and all paperwork you were given from the arresting officer, including the Sworn Report, the ticket, the Request for ALR Hearing and any other paperwork you received.
• Completed Intake Questionnaire: before you meet with an attorney, please complete a short questionnaire. This will allow us to assess your situation and advise you appropriately. In order to download the questionnaire you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Simply save the questionnaire and fill it out or print and hand write the information in the blanks.

24-Hour Jail Release Assistance

Since our office telephone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we are able to handle critical situations, such as a loved one being arrested and held in police or sheriff custody.
